Mō te tūraka mahi | About the role 

As a digital marketing superstar,  you’ll join our team of marketing and communication specialists to drive student recruitment through digital channels, as well as support all marketing and communications efforts across the organisation.

This role plays a crucial part in rolling out integrated marketing campaigns with a specific focus on our website.  By default, you will create engaging content to execute marketing initiatives, maintain content and then track and report on results.  

You’ll know how to inspire people into action through strategic and creative copywriting.  Turning data into insights will be second nature to you.

The ideal candidate will:

· Be comfortable to hit the ground running in our busy environment.  

· Tertiary qualification in marketing or business and experience in digital-focused marketing roles. 

· Proven ability to strategize and implement data-driven marketing campaigns 

· Proven experience developing, executing and optimising campaigns on Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn and TikTok Business Manager.  

· Experience evaluating and reporting on marketing campaigns through relevant KPIs and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4 

· Experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders, keeping them informed and aligned with marketing initiatives 

· A passion for customer-centric content marketing and storytelling through social media 

· Strong project management skills and ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously

· Strong communications skills 

· Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
