Mō te tūraka mahi | About the role 

As a member of the Digital Team, this specialist position will provide critical support for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM including the development of functionality, in-line with market demands and digital services at Otago Polytechnic. 

The role includes the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the CRM platform ensuring best practice information systems and processes are achieved including the training of staff. You will be able to respond to and resolve arising issues in a timely manner, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, your technical capabilities and experience will include:

· Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform

· Microsoft 365 ecosystem

· Developing and reading business processes

· Relating technical information to stakeholders in an easy to understand manner

You will hold a Bachelors Degree in a related field or have demonstrable sound experience using the Dynamics 365 platform. A sound general knowledge of business information technology for information management is an advantage.
