Mō te tūraka mahi | About the role 

The Student Administrator is a busy and diverse role, which allows you to be involved in the journey of our ākonga (learner) from enquiry through to graduation. Your primary responsibilities will involve the processing of enrolments across a portfolio of programmes from application through until graduation and everything in between including withdrawals, transfers, qualification completions, and transcripts.

You will be customer-centric, have an eye for detail, and remain focussed on outcomes. You will have the ability to communicate well, build and maintain effective professional relationships and have excellent computer skills especially with databases. 

Our preferred candidate is someone who can remain focused on outcomes, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines. An understanding of diverse cultures and being comfortable dealing in a friendly, professional and timely manner with ākonga from all walks of life is essential. 

While previous experience in the tertiary education environment is beneficial, we encourage anyone with a strong administration and customer service background to apply.
